Before you pay
How do I cancel?
From your profile, with “Manage subscription”, or from the “Cancel or withdraw” page at the bottom of every page, even without signing in. You don't have to write to anyone, and nobody tries to talk you out of it.
If I cancel halfway through, do I lose the plan straight away?
No. You stay Pro or Elite until the end of the period you already paid for, and only then drop back to free. That month is yours — you bought it.
What happens to my jokes if I cancel?
They stay put. Jokes, scores, streaks and archive are untouched: you lose the practice room and the advanced stats, not what you wrote.
Can I get a refund?
In the first 14 days you can withdraw: we refund the days you didn't use. After that, cancelling doesn't refund the current period, because you keep using all of it. Invoices and payment method are in the portal on your profile.
What if my card fails?
You get seven days. Stripe retries the charge and your plan stays active meanwhile: an expired card is not a cancellation, and we don't treat it as one.
What happens when the hundred founder seats run out?
Whoever comes later pays full price. Whoever has a seat keeps that price for as long as they stay subscribed; cancel and the seat goes back into the pool, so coming back means full price.
